Young people today have different ideas of what is "formal".

How nice to receive flowers. Would brighten anyone's day.

Hi Karol, How very nice it was for you to receive flowers when you were not expecting a gift from anyone. That is when a gesture such as sending flowers is so genuine and dear. An unforgettable memory for you.

Oh my, hot pink short dresses and bright pink flip flops. Does indeed seem a little different, but, many in this generation feel they can do most anything that "feels good", and it is presumed that the world should just blindly accept this as A-OK. It surely isn't the way we (an older generation) think about formal weddings. I wonder if the minister that married them struggled with all of this? It's a whole lot different than what we were taught. We shake our heads and ask how this all happened!

Have a great weekend Karol. Ruth

My minister has a daughter who is in collage so I guess he is in tune with the times.
