12/9 Morning Update

I slept well last night. In fact, I don’t remember waking up except just before the alarm went off – a pet peeve of mine. If I had my druthers, I’d still be sleeping still. Perhaps the long trip wore me out and my body was trying to recover.

Everything else is status quo. I’m starting to use one or two cups of coffer throughout the day to give me the extra energy I need to keep going.

I’ll have more on my meeting at Sloan-Kettering when I get more time.

I find that I just can't operate in the morning until I get that first cup of coffee. I'll drink one cup at home and maybe two more at work. Rarely do I drink coffee after 11 A.M.

I could probably switch to decaf, but like the high octane.

I vary on my coffee. Sometimes I'll have a cup in the morning and sometime around 2:00 PM and SOMETIMES at both times. It's always the high octane for me. I have tried other caffeine drinks but I find coffee gives me the biggest boost.

You all will need a boost if you have as much of the white stuff we are having in Mich. It's an old fashioned winter. The TV report's the storm is climbing all along the east coast.

We hope where you are, you will be spared?

I was going to go to Quaker Town this morning - an 1:45 drive. Had a blood test scheduled for this afternoon. They were predicting the weather to clear this morning. I called the oncologist's office and rescheduled my blood test for this morning. Now things are clearing and I will likely make my trip this afternoon.
