1/2/06 - Good Morning!

I’m feeling quite good this morning. I did my seven pushups and 14 sit-ups and then went for a two-mile walk with the Vorlon Wife. I’m still a little short of breath during the walks, but I’m feeling pretty good. I think I’ll try a little jogging tomorrow morning to test myself.

My weight is down 3 Lbs from the other day. I’m not sure why. I’m going to work on eating a lot today.

I’m going for a five-minute barbecuing this morning and then I’ve got some work to do. Fortunately, with the internet, I should be able to do it from home.
