More Crocuses

My recovery on is proceeding very slowly. The weather was really nice today and I made the sacrifice to take some more photos of the Vorlon Wife’s Crocuses.

This proved to be pretty painful. Crawling around on the ground hurt. I’m a little disappointed that I’m not recovering faster. The nausea seems to be haunting me more that previous chemo sessions. I wonder if it’s from the radiation therapy. The radio oncologist indicated I might experience a little nausea from it. If the nausea persists then I’ll have a good indication that’s the cause.

I took quite a few photos and will be posting a few on the blog over the next few days.

Good morning Ted & Karol,

I was just thinking of the correlation between you and your beautiful crocus. Just think what they endure during the cold harsh winters, and yet just the minute the weather warms, even slightly, they dare to peek their heads out and once again regale us with their beauty.

Your body is experiencing the harshness of chemo & radiation (compare to the cold winter). I believe that soon your body will long to experience the joy of feeling strong enough and brave enough to enjoy your strength and wonderful spirit (like the crocus in the spring).

We are praying that this next week will be a little easier for you. Wishing you well.
