Danny was up at 6:00 and out for his walk. When we got back, I put in his eardrops. I made him some eggs as he turned his nose up at his dog food. I haven't found a brand he likes yet. He wanted to go outside some more so I put him out on the 30-foot lead. He likes being outside. I addressed some statements for the company and put them out for the mail carrier. I couldn't find the envelopes with windows. Several people packed up the office stuff and who knows where things are. I worked on the accounting and took Danny for his walk. I

I got ready and drove Blue Velvet aka Dasher II to Mays Landing to meet Pat for lunch. I had broiled salmon and Pat had Egg Plant Parm. We had an enjoyable lunch. I stopped at an antique and junque shop in Richland looking for a coffee pot. No such luck. I'll have to go back to the one in Rosenhayn.

I got home and took Danny Boy out again. I thought I was missing Ted's expense reports and couldn't find anything on his palm. Pat suggested I check his blog. I went back and read through November and December. It was as if Ted was there talking to me reliving the last good months he had. It also made me sad. I miss him so much. Sometimes I feel like I can't stand what's happened to him. I lost my husband and my job at the same time. I feel numb. Danny wanted to go out again so I took him down State St., came back, and did his ears. He doesn't like it but I give him some of the frozen steak I chopped up for him. It's the only treat he really likes.

I had a big lunch so I fed Danny and cut a grapefruit in half for me. I watched Star Trek and Stargate and then Enterprise. I am a sci fi fan.
Monday is a good sci fi night.

I just brought Danny back from his nightly walk. He went right to bed.

Ted had mentioned toys Danny likes. He now plays with “Bonnie” a stuffed dog that one of our clients gave to Ted. Sometimes, I get all dressed in my hat and coat and Danny decides he wants to play with his toys. He tries to bring them outside but drops it when I open the door. I toss it into the house. He goes right to it when we get back. He looks so cute playing with his toys. His rump sticks up in the air with his front paws lying down. Tail up over his back. He makes me laugh sometimes.

Well, off to bed. Tomorrow, Dasher I has an appointment for its 6 month service and to get the radio turned back on.

We remember very well when we were there Danny boy playing with his toy. His front end down his but up in the air with his tail curled over his little back. He's a funny little pup indeed.
He knows how to turn on the charm.

We re-read teds blog also. It's like he is talking to us.

I never knew you and Ted were such sci-fi fans. Explain to us who are not - what is a Vorlon?

My daughter Amy was a teenager she always loved Dr. Who. She especially liked the one played by Tom (I forget his last name) and knitted a long scarf like he wore. Years ago we went to a SciFi thing in Phila. He was there and we took pictures of her standing next to him. I remember it was in July and hot, hot, hot. She was wearing a long coat and the scarf. Did people ever look at her strangely. There was also Star Trek stuff there.

I can feel your sadness Karol. We pray for healing and peace for you.

Our favorite Dr. Who was also Tom "Baker". But remember Dr. Who almost always had a very predominate nose. And it was Ted who first introduced us to the Doctor. That is why I'm sure Ted would have enjoyed the current "Heros" seires that is airing on NBC and sometimes the SciFi cannel.

Science Fiction was a predominant factor that my brother Ted and I shared. I'm finding that there are very few females who enjoy SciFi. Which I find very strange since I've enjoyed it since my teenage years. But it's great to be able to say that both Ned & I, and you & Ted enjoyed watching Return of the Jeddi together, in front row seats! Ted was a very special brother. And I miss him very much too! He was very dear to me. I can only imagine how hard it is for you Karol. Not only have you lost your mate, but your employment as well. It's a bummer, but I know that the Lord is with you. He won't let you fall. Listen carefully to Him, and follow what he says. Love you!!
