The Iris is my most favorite flower. It resembles an Orchid I think. In fact, maybe it's part of the Orchid family. Wherever its start was, I just love your picture of the lovely Iris. Thanks for sharing

And, I'm so glad to hear that you're liking your job. It sounds challenging, and, as you mentioned, when you can work through problems successfully, it is so rewarding indeed. So happy for you in your new position at work. I am sure they are so appreciative to have you. You definitely are a problem solver and a very good one.

The world of work sounds like it's a little tough on Danny Boy. Probably for him, it's just that if he had his druthers, he'd rather be with you all the time. He's definitely a Mama's boy - and that's just the way you and he like it.

My sister has been advised that her cancer is a Stage 4, which is devastating to her and all the family. She's a strong lady though and handling her challenges valiantly. We ask for prayers for her and her husband too. I have always referred to her as my baby sister as she is 10 years younger than me. So, knowing she must fight this fight is difficult for me also. As her big sister, I have always felt very protective of her. This is one battle I can't make "all better" as you so well understand.
