I had a call from my friend Dottie. It was good to hear from her. I had to rush off to a doctor’s appointment. I needed to renew my prescription and go in for my 6-month checkup. They didn’t have any flu vaccine yet. It won’t be coming in until December.

I sawed the branches in half. It was easier than I thought. I also got out the stepladder and saw off a dead limb on the redbud tree. I trimmed back the butterfly bush, too.

I spent the rest of the afternoon shredding 1995. It still is not done. My personal documents require more shredding than the business document. All the credit card statements, bank statements and cancelled checks, (they were still sending them back then). I still have to do the payroll advice slips. It seems to take forever.

Seems some things do take forever.

I am in the process of sorting through 12 photo albums and bags of pictures. Lots will be tossed. I am making an album for each of our 5 kids and Terri's son Justin. Also will be giving to my sister a collection of family pictures.

I will work on it for so long then have to get away. A little each day. We take our cargo trailer to Alabama on Tuesday to store at Len's sons while we travel. I need to get what we will be keeping into a plastic box to be stored. I am surprised at the weight these albums contribute that can be used for better use. We are limited on weight that we can carry.

So, friend, I hope you are seeing what you have accomplished and know it will get done eventually.

Hey Karol, finally catching up on your blog. Seems like things are still busy. Let us know when your schedule subsides maybe we could all get together. School has been trying for me. Still plugging away. Hope things are well.
