Steeplechasin"

This is a church in Aston, PA. I passed it on the way to Kristina's bridal shower at Newman College on March 20, 2011.

Hi Karol, I'm so thankful that the power came back on as soon as it did. It's not only terribly inconvenient to lose power, it's dangerous with the heat and humidity being so very high. I worry about the elderly and small babies. They, oftentimes, aren't able to withstand these extreme temps. We're experiencing much the same concerns as you are regarding the weather. Surely this is the hottest summer I remember!! The only consolation is when I think of the miserable snow and all the problems we deal with when it is so cold and slippery!! EEEEKKKSSS!!!

I enjoyed the picture of the church which you posted, but, I still prefer the older churches that were so beautifully made. Ted & Phylis' church is a lovely church that was built during the times when our churches were built on Holy Ground and they can stand the test of time architectually. Their church is very lovely.

Stay as cool as you can. We won't be forgetting this long hot summer for awhile for sure. In loving friendship, Ruth
