Mardi Gras King's Crown Cake.
St. Rose of Lima and St. Augustine had a Mardi Gras Pancake dinner. This was the dessert. It was delicious. It is a pastry filled with an Almond paste. The main meal was pancakes and sausage.
Afterward, I went to Choral Society Practice.
