Hi Karol, Michigan has not only caught up with the temps in and around your area, we've been setting some records this past 1 1/2 weeks. I can barely believe I'm able to say this - but, our temps have been in the mid to upper 70's. It was 78 degrees two days this last week. Amazing. Our flowers and trees are beginning to bloom, which is such a lovely sight. The cause for concern is if it turns cold enough to damage all of this. Sure hope not. Farmers are plowing and planting their crops and I'm not sure what would happen to the seeds if a heavy frost were to hit them. Maybe they'd be okay because they are underground some. Sure hope so. Anyway, I think everyone is enjoying this very early Spring.

The management in our park fixed all of us a pancake and sausage breakfast on St. Patrick's Day. Everyone wore their greens of every shade. It was a fun time. Our little mobile home village is similar to living in a small town I think. We all know each other and we like that a lot. If anyone is in need, there would be 4 or 5 (or more) people we could call for help. And, I like it that you're living where you are now too. People who live around you that keep a watch over you and that is comforting. We think about if we had stayed in our country home which was about 15 miles north of Battle Creek. Our nearest neighbors were 1/4 mile away. We feel thankful we decided to move into our park nearly 20 years ago. Great friends and neighbors and close to all kinds of shopping. Works for us. Have fun in the sun and say a little prayer that this warmth is here to stay. Love, Ruth

I like your new Miss Karol name. It's sweet and affectionate on their part to call you Miss Karol.
