For the past several weeks my left should has been experiencing some pain when I put my hand behind my back. I have been rather hoping that it would eventually subside. I have no recollections of any trauma to the shoulder.
Last night I remember rolling over to lie on my left side and I heard a “click†in my left shoulder. Suddenly there seemed to be less pain in my shoulder.
This morning I seem to have greater range of motion with less pain. My current hypothesis is that I had a partially dislocated should and last night it popped back into place. I’ll see if it improves with time.
Sometime sh** just happens.
