Yesterday, I went to look at a mobile home near my niece in Maryland. It is a beautiful home located just outside a quaint little town near the Chesapeake. It is a double wide and has large rooms. It is the perfect home for me and the price is right. It is three minutes from my niece and twenty minutes from my nephew. They allow small dogs; Most important in finding a place to live. I also have friends living twenty minutes away in a camp ground along the Sassafras River. Alberta lives there full time, Rosie, Dottie, and their cousin live there in the summer. I grew up with the sisters. Their were 7 in their family. Their children also have mobile homes in the campground.

The mobile home I looked at is immaculate. It has three bedrooms with an office or den off the master bedroom. It has a large bathroom off the master with a garden tub and separate shower. The bedrooms are 11x14. About the same as the ones I have at my home. The living room and kitchen are 19x14 and have a large archway between them. The kitchen has an island with a sink and dishwasher. It has ample cabinet space and a large pantry. It has a laundry room. It has a good size yard with plenty of space to plant flowers and there is a storage shed that has electric. The only negative thing I see is the teenage girls bedroom is purple. That can easily be change with paint or wall paper. The kitchen has a Prego wood floor. The dining area is large enough to allow my table to extend with its three leaves.

My brothers, sister-in-law, and my niece and her husband, and my friend, Dottie, all came to look at the mobile home. Everyone loved it. I talked to some of the neighbors and they said it is the best place to live. They said if I decided to move in they would be there to help me if needed. It is a small mobile home park with only two streets. It is surrounded by state game lands.

I am staying with my brother for a couple days. My aunt is having a Red Hat luncheon at her home tomorrow and asked me to help her with it. It is a dreary morning and it is supposed to rain for the next week. The hedge and grass will be overwhelming. I was unable to cut it this weekend because of the rain. It makes the hedge and grass grow even more. I’ll have to cut the hedge in stages and not do it all in one day.

Hi Karol, I will email you some of the photo's I took of the mobile home. It was really nice. I love the kitchen and the masterbedroom with the office and master bathroom. It has plenty of room and the neighborhood seems very quiet, yet close to Chesapeake City. You can walk to the Inn or the little shops in town. I'm not sure what church you would want to go to if you move there, If you want I would go with you when I can.
We will talk soon! I hope all goes well, the place is really nice.
