I went to exercise class at the church but the furnace wasn't working properly and we were too cold to exercise. It was 46 degrees in the social hall. We started to exercise and quit. I went to JoJo's with the ladies and got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I went to the bank to get the receipts for the deposits. I had two weeks to pick up. The weather has been so horrible that I didn't get out. I returned to the church to enter the deposits and pay the bills. The furnace was working in the office.

When driving home, I saw a funny light on my dash board. I couldn't figure out what in the world it could be. Finally, I realized it was low tire pressure. I got out Ted's compressor and tire guage. I also had to get an extension cord out of the shed. All the tires were low and it was so bitter cold. I had to take off my gloves to get off the little cap. i am not good at putting air in tires. It seems more leaks out putting the pump on and off and again when using the gauge. I checked the manual to find out how much air they needed. I had to do each tire several times and the light was still on. My neighbor stopped by but he was on his way to work and didn't have time to help me. I told him I had gotten them pumped up and it was OK but when I turned on the car, the light was still on.

Joan called and said, we could go to Choral practice in my new car. I said, I'd rather she drove because of the tire pressure light. I meet her at Baker's Restaurant and as soon as I pulled out of the driveway, the light went out. Thank God. I didn't want to drive all the way to the Honda dealer with low tire pressure. It's about a half hour drive but the traffic can be heavy.

It is times like this that I really need and miss Ted. Even though I know how to do things like pumping up tires, I'm not good at it.
